Finding the Right Family Home: Why Patience and Due Diligence Paid Off

Although the home remained largely in its original condition, it had been exceptionally well maintained and presented as an incredibly solid property with excellent long-term potential.

The building and pest inspection identified several roofing issues that required attention. Using these findings, we successfully negotiated a reduction in the purchase price, allowing our clients to complete the necessary repairs after settlement without absorbing the full cost themselves.

After five months of searching, remaining patient and refusing to compromise, our clients secured a home that exceeded their expectations.
