Ben and Mel helped us buy our family home in Ipswich this year. We ended up finding the perfect home for us, which was not actually what we had in mind originally because we just did not believe it was possible for us. Ben was lovely, very responsive, kept us regularly updated, and did very comprehensive videos of the open homes when we could not make it. Ben and Mel handled all the interactions with the realestate agents, which made the whole process less stressful for us. We could not speak more highly of their service, and just wish we had engaged them months earlier. If you’re wondering whether a buyer’s agent is worth it, the answer is an emphatic yes—especially if it’s Melinda and Ben.
