PPBA Recognised in Three 2026 Award Categories
Precision Property Buyers Agency is thrilled to have recently been named a finalist across three award categories in two highly regarded 2026 awards programs.
We have been recognised locally in the Ipswich Region Business Excellence Awards, while both Melinda Granzien and Precision Property Buyers Agency have also been named finalists in the statewide REIQ Awards for Excellence.
For our small regional business, this recognition means a great deal.
Ipswich Region 2026 Business Excellence Awards
Precision Property Buyers Agency has been selected as a finalist in the Property & Real Estate Award, sponsored by Bishopp, at the Ipswich Region 2026 Business Excellence Awards.
Being recognised within our local business community is particularly special to us. Although our work takes us across Ipswich, the Lockyer Valley, Toowoomba, the Scenic Rim, Somerset, Brisbane’s western suburbs and surrounding areas, we remain a locally based business with strong connections to the Ipswich region.
The awards recognise businesses contributing to the region through their service, leadership, innovation and continued growth. We are thrilled to be included among the finalists and look forward to attending the gala event at the end of October.

The REIQ Awards for Excellence recognise outstanding achievement, professionalism and service throughout Queensland’s real estate industry.
We are up against some large and highly regarded buyer’s agencies from Brisbane and other parts of Queensland. To have our small regional agency recognised alongside these businesses is an achievement we are incredibly excited about.
It also demonstrates that regional businesses can do exceptional work, contribute to the development of the buyer’s advocacy profession and achieve recognition at a statewide level.
Recognition of the Work Behind the Scenes
While awards are not the reason we do this work, these nominations recognise the time, care and commitment that goes into representing our clients.
A property purchase involves far more than finding a listing and submitting an offer. Our work includes understanding each client’s circumstances, developing the right strategy, sourcing suitable properties, completing inspections, analysing values, negotiating, identifying potential risks and coordinating the due diligence process.
We provide our clients with an independent voice in their corner and are prepared to give honest advice, even when that means recommending they walk away from a property.
Every search is different, but the focus remains the same: helping our clients make informed property decisions without pressure or sales influence.
