Since 2005, I've been at the helm of various businesses in the Lockyer Valley. In 2015, my journey into property investment began with the acquisition of a charming Town House in Bellara, nestled along the stunning shores of Bribie Island.
Witnessing the dynamic property market on Bribie, I wasted no time and secured my second investment – another Town House in Bellara. Incredibly, both properties have witnessed substantial equity growth in a remarkably short period and are currently occupied by tenants.
My third investment venture took shape in early 2020, with the acquisition of an acreage block in the burgeoning Plainland area. Even within this limited timeframe, the property's value has soared, reflecting the exciting growth of the region.
I did not stop there. 2023 I purchased a 10-acre property with plans to undertake large scale development in the future.
Whilst in the accumulation stage, my aspiration is to further expand my property portfolio, driven by the goal of achieving remarkable growth and robust rental yields.
With each property, I'm investing not only in real estate but in a future marked by financial success and security.
Possessing an extensive and intimate knowledge of the Lockyer Valley, where I reside, my expertise spans key areas such as the rapidly developing Plainland locale, Gatton, Laidley, and their surrounding suburbs. My understanding extends well into the Toowoomba and Ipswich regions, where I have a strong grasp of the property markets and community dynamics.
In addition, I have in-depth knowledge of the Bribie Island area, covering neighborhoods such as Bellara, Bongaree, Banksia Beach, Ningi, Woorim, as well as the Somerset and Scenic Rim regions. My specialty lies in large acreage, lifestyle blocks, and farming land, where I excel in helping clients secure their dream properties.
