Are You A First Home Buyer?

Purchasing a home for the first time is exciting, but also comes with fear and trepidation as you embark on the biggest purchase you will undertake in your lifetime.

There are a lot of factors to consider when purchasing a property and does not stop at just choosing the property.  It is important to have all bases covered and by having qualified professionals on your side, the process can be made much easier.

As a Qualified Buyers Agents, PPBA will hold your hand throughout the entire purchasing process, offer guidance and advise, and provide assistance every step of the way.  We have a passion for helping people, and have seen the struggles of young people trying to get in to the property market.

At your initial consultation, your property purchasing requirements will be discussed, such as location, specifications, purchasing time frame, budget and goals.  A plan to purchase will be formulated and once all parties are happy, then we begin sourcing properties and presenting them to you for consideration.  A property inspection will be arranged with the selling agent and if you are happy to proceed, we will then negotiate the purchase price and assist with contract conditions at your request.  Now all of this may seem a bit overwhelming, but rest assured, PPBA only have your best interests at heart and will go above and beyond in helping to make the process as streamlined as possible.

When considering purchasing a property, it is important to have the following in place to ensure a smooth purchase transaction:

       * Finance, to be able to buy the property.  I recommend using the services of a Mortgage Broker to assist with finding the best deals available.  I can happily recommend some to you to.

       * Conveyancer, to assist with overseeing the contract and conditions included in the contract, clauses and settlement.  Once again, I can recommend one to you.

      * Building & Pest Inspector, to check the integrity of the property.  Are you going to be purchasing a property that may need moderate to major repairs, or is there hidden damage or pest infestation such as termites, there are a lot of factors to consider here.

Don’t let time or fear of the unknown stop you from purchasing property.

Remember: Buyer’s Agents are not only for the wealthy!  The benefits of FHB using the services of a Buyer’s Agent far outweigh the costs involved when there can be substantial savings on the purchase price.
