We promptly renegotiated the purchase price to compensate for the carpet damage, allowing the settlement to proceed an hour later than scheduled.

Beyond the purchase, we ensured our client was set up for long-term success. We assisted him in finding the perfect property manager for his rental property who has since taken over the day-to-day management of the property and sourced a tenant to ensure the home provides solid rental income from day one.
